All calls regarding health matters will be returned but keep in mind that it is not always possible to provide you with a complete answer without an examination. If you have a question for your doctor you will be asked to leave a detailed message with the receptionist and she will promply forward it to the doctor. You will receive a call back within 24 hours - if the matter is urgent, it will be given immediate attention.
